A popular service we offer is our rodent Monitoring and Control contract service, this service entails installing internal or external 'bait stations' around buildings.

At pre-determined (monthly or 6 weekly) we will visit and inspect these 'bait stations' where we fit non toxic monitoring blocks which are a visual marker for us to see when rodent activity is present, through droppings or gnaw marks on said blocks, this can then allow us to swiftly change to a trap or rodenticide inside the 'bait station' to gain control before an infestation can take hold.

For the client this means a lower risk of contamination to stock and produce and this includes the fabric of buildings.

Public perception is also a risk, how would customers feel about seeing rodents or droppings within your premises?

The bait stations do not also have to be the typical black boxes secured around the building, there are products available that look like every day items, ie: bins, rocks, manhole covers, and we are willing to work with customers to blend these boxes into the natural environment or building where it is practicable.

A folder is also provided with all inspection reports and pertinent information is held in this folder in order for the client, or authorized persons to check as required.
